With Mozambique due to become a leader in African energy exportation after the discovery of LNG in the Rovuma Basin our base in Palma is at the epicentre for the growing industry. Located on the northern coast, close to the Tanzanian border roughly 400km from our Pemba location, Palma is quickly expanding into the closest industrial and logistics hub to the Afungi peninsula.

Since initial exploratory drilling in 2007 the realization of natural riches has steadily grown to the point that Mozambique could soon be the world’s fourth largest natural gas exporter.

With this a huge potential for tertiary business in the area has slowly become a realization with Cabo Delgado set to become major financial creators for not just Mozambique but southern Africa.

Our most recent development is well placed in relation to the town of Palma and the Afungi development site with a strategic industrial property offering office and accommodation space as well as a lay-down yard with extensive an extensive warehouse due in Q12020.
